I have been a coach at Ultimate Gymnastic for going on 13 years working with levels 2-9. I did gymnastics myself for 17 years of my life. Though I was slightly set back by injury, I was able to finish my career as a Level 9 and compete and place at Eastern Nationals as a runner up on the Vault! I also competed at the high school level as an independent for my high school and was a WPIAL and PIAA champion on the floor and bars. After high school and the completion of my gymnastics career, I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in finance and am now married and became a mom to my son, Cooper, and another little boy on the way. Since my coaching career started, I have coached numerous state champions along the way. Gymnastics has always been my passion since I was very little and I love being being a coach and being able to not only teach others the sport that has meant so much to me, but also help every gymnast reach their full potential.

Claire Stewart:

I got into coaching later in life when one of my daughters needed an out-let for her SPD. Since then, I’ve become USAG certified and have been coaching the level 2 & bronze levels for 4 years now. Prior to this, I taught dance for 10 years. I’m currently the 3rd grade teacher at Cornerstone Christian Preparatory Academy where I get to take all 5 of my children with me! It’s a joy to teach, but also a joy to coach and watch each gymnast learn and grow…and have fun along the way!
